Registration Form with payment as soon as possible.
To finalize our plans, we need to know how many people are interested in
attending this reunion.

You can fill it out on
the computer or print the form and fill it out with a pen.
After it is filled out, mail it in with your registration fees.
Also, we have created a Family Tree Data Sheet.
We need everyone to complete it NOW.
Please print as many Family Tree Data Sheets as necessary.
We want to properly compile our history.
Every member of your family should complete an individual form.
We are continuously updating our Family History Tree
and we will be making a presentation on the Lacefield Family History.

REUNION T-SHIRTS
Reunion T-shirts will be
available for you and your family to commemorate this 14th Lacefield Family
Reunion. But first we must get an idea of how many T-shirts to order. Please
let us know the quantity and sizes of shirts you want for you and your family
members. Shirts will be distributed at the reunion with your registration
package.
The cost for your
T-shirts will be $20 for adults ($23 Adult XXL) and $15.00 for children. The
cost can be added to your check when you pay your registration or submitted
separately. The order form is the second page of the Reunion
Registration Form.
We will not be able to
order T-shirts after June 1st so please send your orders in with your
registration.
Auction!!!
Bring sports and other
items from your hometown. Items must
have a purchase price of at least $10 to $25 (value can be greater). We know a
lot of you all can catch some good sales so the value may be much more than what
you pay for it. However, the actual cost
will be determined during the auction by what someone else will pay for the
item. It’s been a lot of fun in the past
and lots of good bidding. This is a fund
raiser for the Lacefield Reunion Planning Committee.
